Carved Signs
For me, carved
signs are perhaps among the finest looking signs that are available
today. They definitly express richness and class or they can be
rustic or funky. No other type of signs can make this claim.
As a artisan, my true love is to be able
to give life to a creation. When I first started carving wood, I was
doing art commissions which are sometimes rare. Since I wanted to
really be able to continue my carving as a profession, I turned to Jarvis
Boone who was a very successful woodcarver in the New York Catskill
region. It was Jarvis who turned me onto making signs.
This turned out to be the perfect
solution for me. To be able to combine my love of type faces and
relief carving, then to be able to carve them into a product which very
important to businesses as well as individuals.

see what may suit you best. I have a great number of images which I
have to still sift through before they will get to the site.

sketch with dimensions or your layout for a price quote. To have an
illustration or logo added to your sign, please enclose photos and/or
drawings.
Be sure to
be as specific as possible as to what you want. Include size, style of
sign, type of wood if you desire something other than pine, kind of finish
and anything else you can think of.

enclose two (SASE), one for your quote, and the second to return any
